MCBF provided grant funding to help the Zoo to deliver six ZOOmobile programs to Title 1 elementary schools in Baltimore City. The target group is second graders because the ZOOmobile program aligns well with the curriculum for this grade level. It will provide one of 2 50-minute interactive experiences with various types of live animals, allowing students to understand the differences in nature classifications and to bring their classroom curriculum to life.
